Helping a business expand

Origin8tive is an IT software development company providing computer services to clients around the globe. We started working with Origin8tive Ltd in 2016, when they were looking to grow their business and needed more support and advice than they received from their previous accountant.

We implemented Xero software and migrated existing data to Xero, which helped by giving visibility of the numbers which were not previously available. As Origin8tive Ltd grew, they realised there was a need for a project tracking system, so we worked with the company to implement an appropriate project tracking software.

We also provided bespoke Xero Training to allow the client to carry out their own bookkeeping using Xero Software and Receipt Bank.

One of the main issues for the client was cashflow due to delay in receiving payments from their main customer. We therefore helped by implementing a weekly credit control process. ADM Accountancy continue to provide a Credit Control process for the client.

Origin8tive Ltd now receive quarterly Management Accounts and cashflow forecasts, which are reviewed with the Origin8tive Ltd management team during our quarterly client meetings.
