Bringing fresh insights to an outdated system

A specialist in bespoke signage and print, C Graphics approached ADM Accountancy as they needed help with their outdated legacy system.

The starting point was to reconcile the legacy system, before migrating C Graphics' accounts onto Xero software. The move to Xero helped the client to gain an understanding of their business performance and then allowed them to start to grow their business. C Graphics was able to link Xero Software with their new integrated website and to automate their sales invoicing process.

Utilising our Finance Team package

C Graphics use our 'Your Finance Team' package which means they benefit from our full bookkeeping, payroll and VAT return service. We also manage the client's bank accounts.

C Graphics staff have access to Receipt Bank to allow the bookkeeping process to be automated, removing the need for manual entry and volumes of paperwork. This streamlining of the process has allowed us to help further by providing quarterly management accounts, which are reviewed with the C Graphics management team during our quarterly client meetings.

Improving cashflow and productivity

Through working with the client, we were able to identify opportunities to improve cashflow and we further helped the client by implementing a credit control process into the business. The credit control process, supported by Fluildy Cashflow Forecasting Software, ensures there is good understanding of cashflow in the business.

C Graphics has also used our in-house HR Consultant for staff contracts and staff handbooks as their business has grown.
